Often yes, because they help define the right workflow and reduce delivery risk. If the workflow is already clearly defined and the business is genuinely ready, we can discuss moving more directly into build.

Yes. We can work with all of those. Microsoft environments can be a little more demanding depending on the setup, but they are still workable when the use case is right.

When client data is involved, we use regionally locked infrastructure through APIs, typically via OpenAI directly or AWS Bedrock depending on the model and governance requirement. Tool and model selection are driven by the delivery need, data sensitivity, and operating context rather than a one-size-fits-all stack.
